Payment Policy

For COD customers, a minimum of 50% deposit is required @ the time of sale to order/allocate any goods; balances are collected upon delivery/installation. Balances must be paid by check or credit card. Cash payments will not be accepted upon delivery/installation. Cash is only accepted in-store. Customers with an approved Brand Source financing account on file will be charged a 25% deposit @ the time of sale; the balance will be processed on the date of delivery/pick-up. Floor samples & clearance items require full payment & must be delivered/picked up within 10 business days.

Note: There will be a non-refundable $25.00 fee for a check that is presented with insufficient funds.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued on an undelivered order canceled within 3 days of the sale date. After 3 days, but prior to delivery, a cancellation fee of 10% for stock items and 25% for special orders will apply. The balance will be refunded. Floor samples and clearance items are excluded; these items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as the purchase was made i.e. by check or credit card. Checks are mailed after a 10-day waiting period. Cash deposits will be refunded by check. Full-value refunds are available through gift card(s) only.

Merchandise reselection or refund is available if it is returned in the original condition of delivery or pick-up. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. Returned goods requiring a CAFD pick-up in home are subject to a $75.00 additional charge. Fees for the original delivery, removals, and other services performed are not refundable. Items requiring a special order are non-cancellable.

Delivery / Set Up / Pick Up

All merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 10 days of notification of arrival. In the event that a delivery or pick-up is not possible, the full payment becomes due immediately. Standard deliveries include uncrate with set in place unless requested otherwise. Assembly/Installation/Conversions are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pick-ups are available between the hours of 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, and 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday. Pick-ups may require some customer assembly.

CAFD is not liable should the product purchased not fit into your home or the allocated space designated. If a delivery or installation attempt is made and the products do not fit, the delivery fee will not be refunded and the cancellation or return policy will take effect.

CAFD makes no warranties, representations, or promises of fitness for intended purpose, or assumes any liability, expressed or implied, other than for the conditions under its control, except as stated in the manufacturer’s printed warranty statement.

CAFD is not responsible for misprints or errors with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, CAFD cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries or installations.

An additional charge may be added for non-productive trips to a job site when CAFD is not notified by the customer, prior to 7:00 AM of the scheduled day, where the location is not accessible or ready for delivery/installation.

Any damage or claim must be reported to CAFD at the time of delivery. CAFD may not be responsible for claims or damage that occurs after the completion of work performed and/or customer signature for acceptance. In the event of product imperfection, CAFD will order necessary parts & schedule repair with the manufacturer’s authorized technician. Delivered and/or installed warrantee products will involve manufacturers or authorized service should a repair be required. Products requiring warranty service and/or product that is non-repairable will be replaced upon the manufacturer's authorization.

Factory mail-in rebates are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Unless specifically stated otherwise in the sales agreement, the builder/customer is responsible for obtaining building/construction permits required by local regulation. Building permits are obtainable thru CAFD for an additional charge.
